Lance lives in Ocean Park, South Surrey with his wife, daughter and son. The family enjoys frequent visits to Fun Fun Park, hiking local trails in Semiahmoo, swimming at Grandview pool, playing at the South Surrey Rec Centre, and doing brunch at the Wooden Spoon.

Born and raised in Penticton, BC, Lance entered the real estate industry in Vancouver in 2006. His career has taken him to the position of Managing Broker for Western Canada’s largest real estate marketing firm, but his passion lies with the daily interaction he has with his clients and building meaningful working relationships.

In November 2014 Lance helped a client secure a pre-sale purchase with a 5% deposit of $16,750. The purchase price was $335,000. Four years later after completion the unit was sold for $630,000. That is an annual return of 141% for 3 years on the initial investment.
